1. Getting started

Welcome to Sovra. You are a few minutes away from an account that belongs entirely to you. All you need is your phone, and we will walk you through the rest one step at a time.

Step 1: Enter your phone number Your phone number is how you sign in. It is used for login, security codes and identity verification, and we never sell your data.

What to do: 1.Open the Sovra app and tap to create your account. 2.Enter your phone number. 4.Tap continue. If you signed up with an email address before, the same screen lets you merge your old account.

Step 2: Verify your number We send a short code straight to your phone so we know it is really you.

What to do: 1.Find the code we sent you. 2.Enter the code in the app.

Step 3: Set up your security Now you choose how to keep your account locked to you alone. Your PIN is what approves every payment, so pick one only you would know, and add your face or fingerprint for the fastest way in.

What to do: 1.Set your PIN and confirm it. 2.Turn on Face ID or fingerprint login if your phone supports it.

Step 4: Add a referral code If a friend invited you, this is where their code goes, and you both get rewarded. If you joined through an invite link, the code is applied for you automatically. No code? Skip this step and carry straight on.

Step 5: Pick your Sovra username Your Sovra username is your personal handle, the simple way for people to send money to you without sharing long account numbers. Pick something that feels like you, and the app will let you know if it is available.

Step 6: Choose your country of residence Pick the country where you live. This sets your account up for where you are and shows you the services available to you there.

You're in! That is it. Your account is ready, and a world of possibility is now in reach right from your phone. You can explore the app, and when you are ready you can add funds and start putting them to work.

2. Your home screen

Your home screen is your Wallet tab, the heart of your account and where everything comes together. At the top you will see your total balance, the full picture of your money.

Just below it sit your three main actions, always within reach: -Add funds brings money into your account. -Send is how you pay or transfer to someone. -Move shifts money between your pockets, covered in section 7.

Underneath, your recent activity keeps a running record of everything you do on Sovra. The tabs along the bottom, Wallet, Earn and Card, take you straight to each part whenever you need it, and your profile and settings sit behind the menu in the top corner.

3. Unlocking more of Sovra

Right after setup you can already do a lot, with no verification at all: -Add funds from a crypto wallet. -Send and receive, between wallets and other Sovra users. -Grow your balance with Earn. -Move money between your pockets.

When you want to do more, you verify your identity. Cash transfers, bank transfers and the card each come with their own check, since each is run by a different licensed partner. The checks are required by law wherever you are in the world, and they protect you too, by stopping anyone else from opening services in your name. Each one appears right in the app the moment you reach the feature that needs it, so nothing stands in your way until then, and you never repeat a step you have already completed.

To unlock Cash Transfers: What you'll need: a valid photo ID, such as a passport, driver's license, national ID or residence permit.

What to do: 1.Enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID, your date of birth and your email address. 2.Agree to Sovra's terms. 3.Add your photo ID. Take a picture of it with your camera or upload it, as long as it is clear. 4.We review it and notify you the moment you are verified.

To unlock Bank Transfers: What you'll need: your photo ID if you have not added it yet, plus your phone's camera for a quick selfie.

What to do: 1.Open Bank Transfer from Add funds or Send, and the check starts right there. 2.Confirm your identity with your photo ID, if you have not already. 3.Take a quick selfie so we know the ID is really yours. 4.Depending on where you live, add a few more details, such as your address or your occupation. 5.Once approved, you get your own account details for receiving and sending bank transfers, and we notify you right away.

To unlock your Sovra card: What you'll need: a few minutes in the Card tab. The card has its own quick verification, run by the partner that issues it.

What to do: 1.Open the Card tab and choose to get your free card. 2.Complete the card's verification when prompted. It builds on what you have already confirmed, so it only asks for what is still missing. 3.Once approved, your card is issued instantly and ready to spend.

4. Adding funds

There are several ways to add funds to Sovra, so you can choose whatever suits you. There is no minimum, so you can start with any amount, and each method lands as digital dollars in your balance, in your custody from the moment they arrive. Tap Add funds on your home screen to begin, then pick the method that works for you below.

Wallet Transfer: Receive from another crypto wallet, instantly. If you already hold digital dollars in a crypto wallet, you can move them into Sovra in moments, and this works wherever you are in the world. Sovra gives you your own address, and anything sent to it arrives as digital dollars in your balance, usually in seconds. The network charges a small fee for every transaction, and Sovra covers it, so it is free for you.

What to do: 1.Tap Add funds, then choose Wallet Transfer. 2.Copy your Sovra address, or show the QR code. 3.In the wallet you are sending from, select the correct network and token, then paste your Sovra address or scan the QR code. 4.Enter the amount and confirm.

Cash Transfer: Deposit cash via trusted local partners. In selected markets you can turn cash into digital dollars through a trusted local partner, using the payment methods available in your country. The first time you use this, you complete the ID check covered in section 3. You choose how much you want, pay the local partner the amount shown, and once Sovra confirms your payment the digital dollars arrive in your balance.

What to do: 1.Verify your identity if you have not already, covered in section 3. 2.Tap Add funds, then choose Cash Transfer. 3.Enter the amount you want to deposit, review the total to pay including the conversion fee, then continue. 4.Your digital dollars are reserved, and you are shown an order reference and the number to send your payment to. 5.Open the local partner's app, send the exact amount to that number, and put only the order reference in the notes section, with nothing else added. 6.Go back to Sovra and confirm you have paid. 7.To add more detail about your payment, tap "missing info in your payment" and enter your transfer ID from the partner app. 8.Sovra verifies your payment, and your digital dollars arrive once it is confirmed.

Sovra Transfer: Receive from another Sovra user. You choose how much you want to receive and send the Sovra user a request, and once they accept it the money lands in your balance in seconds and for free.

What to do: 1.Tap Add funds, then choose Sovra Transfer. 2.Enter the amount you want to receive. 3.Choose who you are requesting from, then send your request.

Bank Transfer: Available in selected countries once you have completed the bank transfer check, this gives you your own account details that work like a normal bank account, by SEPA in Europe and ACH or Wire in the US. Share them with whoever is paying you, your employer, a family member, a client, and use them exactly as shown in the app so the transfer is matched to your account. When the money arrives, a licensed banking partner converts it and it settles in your balance as digital dollars. Your details support several currencies, so someone in the UK or Europe can pay you in a way that feels local to them.

What to do: 1. Complete the bank transfer check if you have not already (covered in section 3) 2.Tap Add funds, then choose Bank Transfer. 3.Choose the currency you want to receive in, and share the account details shown. 4.Bank transfers typically settle in up to two business days.

5. Sending funds

Sending funds on Sovra works just like adding them, in reverse, and you have the same range of choices. Whichever way you send, you start by tapping Send on your home screen.

Wallet Transfer: Send to another crypto wallet. You can send digital dollars to any valid wallet address outside Sovra. Paste in the address or scan its QR code, and once it checks out you choose the amount and confirm. It arrives in seconds and is free of charge, with Sovra covering the network fee.

What to do: 1.Tap Send, then choose Wallet Transfer. 2.Select the correct network and token, then paste the wallet address or scan the QR code. 3.Enter the amount and confirm payment. 4.Always double-check the address before confirming. Transfers on the network cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Cash Transfer: Cash out via trusted local partners. In selected markets you can turn your digital dollars back into cash through a trusted local partner. The first time you use this, you complete the ID check covered in section 3. You choose how much to cash out, enter the phone number the cash should go to, and once you confirm, the partner pays it out for collection.

What to do: 1.Verify your identity if you have not already, covered in section 3. 2.Tap Send, then choose Cash Transfer. 3.Enter the amount of digital dollars you want to cash out. You will see how much will be received after fees. 4.Enter the phone number the cash should be credited to, and double-check it, since funds sent to the wrong number cannot be recovered. 5.Review the payment details, including the merchant fee and the estimated arrival time, then slide to confirm. 6.You will get a payment confirmation, and we will notify you when the cash is ready to collect.

Sovra Transfer: Send to another Sovra user. The easiest way to pay someone on Sovra is by their Sovra username. Search for them, choose the amount, and it is done in seconds and for free, with the payment showing up in your recent activity.

What to do: 1.Tap Send, choose Sovra Transfer, then search for the person's Sovra username. 2.Enter the amount and confirm.

Bank Transfer: Send to a bank account. You can send money to someone's bank account almost anywhere, once you have completed the bank transfer check. Enter their bank details, and your digital dollars are converted into their local currency and sent on to them by SEPA, Wire or ACH depending on where they are. Bank transfers usually settle within a couple of days. The fee follows our partners' pricing, normally one percent or less, and Sovra adds nothing on top, with the exact amount shown before you confirm.

What to do: 1. Complete the bank transfer check if you have not already (covered in section 3) 2.Tap Send, then choose Bank Transfer. 3.Enter the recipient's bank details. 4.Enter the amount and confirm, and we handle the conversion.

6. Earn

With Earn, your dollars work while you hold them, growing by 4 to 6% a year. Move some of your money into Earn and it starts earning straight away, and it stays completely flexible, with no lock-ups, no notice periods and no penalties. You can add more or withdraw whenever you want, and your earnings come with you.

Your money grows because it is lent to real borrowers through one of the largest lending networks in the world. Borrowers put up collateral worth more than they borrow and pay interest for their loans, and that interest is what you earn. It is not a promotional rate and it is not paid by Sovra. The rate moves with lending demand, so it is variable rather than guaranteed, and the number you see in the app is always the current live rate.

Your Earn balance stays in your custody the whole time, and only you can move it. Before you start, Sovra shows you what you could earn each month and each year based on what you put in. If you want to understand the full picture, including the risks, the Earn FAQ in the app and the How Sovra Works guide explain where every dollar of yield comes from.

What to do: 1.Add funds to your account first, then open the Earn tab. 2.Enter the amount you want to put to work, and confirm.

7. Move

Think of Move as the control center for your money. Your balance lives in three pockets: -Sovra, your wallet, where money lands when you add it. -Earn, where your money grows. -Card, your spending balance.

Move lets you shift funds between them in a tap, so you stay in full control of where your money sits and what it is doing. One thing to know before you move: money moved onto your card is set aside for spending and cannot be moved back, so top up the card with what you plan to spend. Moves between your wallet and Earn are free to make in both directions, whenever you like.

What to do: 1.Open Move from your home screen. 2.Under From, choose the pocket you want to move money out of. 3.Under To, choose the pocket you want to move it into. 4.Enter the amount, or pick a quick amount, then confirm.

8. Your card

With a Sovra card you can spend your dollars directly, online and almost anywhere in the world that accepts card payments. It is free and virtual, with no setup fee and no monthly fee, and you can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay to tap and pay in person.

Your card has its own spending balance, kept separate from the rest of your money and held with the licensed partner that issues the card. Money moved onto the card is there to be spent and cannot move back to your wallet, so top up what you plan to spend, as often as you like, and set a monthly limit so you always know how much can go out.

You stay in control of your card at all times. You can lock it in a moment if it goes missing, view its details for online payments, set your monthly spending limit, and customize its color to make it your own. Each card payment carries a small fee of 1.1%, charged by Sovra's infrastructure partners, with nothing added on top by Sovra, and every transaction shows you the exchange rate and the fee.

Order your card: 1.Open the Card tab and choose to get your free card. 2.Complete the card's own verification if you have not already, covered in section 3. 3.Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, or use its details to pay online.

Add funds to your card: 1.On your card, tap Add Funds. 2.Enter how much to move onto your card, then confirm. 3.Your spending balance updates, and you are ready to spend.

Customize and manage your card: 1.Open your card settings, then tap Edit Card. 2.Pick a new color and confirm to make the card your own. 3.From settings you can also set your monthly spending limit, lock the card, view its details, or delete it.

9. Settings and profile

Your profile is where you manage your account and keep it the way you want it. From here you can: -Invite friends to Sovra and earn together, covered in the next section. -Update your personal information whenever life changes, including your name, country of residence, mobile number, email and Sovra username. -Manage your security and privacy: turn biometric login on or off, add an extra layer with two-step verification, and export your private key. -Reach support whenever you need a hand, and find Sovra's legal documents and partner permissions whenever you want to read them.

That private key matters, because your money is held in self-custody, meaning you hold it directly rather than handing it to us to keep. Your key is yours to export at any time, not just in an emergency, and it is what makes your money reachable through any wallet app that supports the Base network. Even if Sovra disappeared tomorrow, your money would still be yours, exactly where you left it.

And if you ever lose your phone, your money is safe. Your funds are not stored on the device, so sign in on a new phone and our support team will help you recover access.

10. Referrals

Invite a friend, earn together. When a friend joins Sovra through your invite and gets going, you both earn $10, paid straight into your balances as digital dollars, yours to spend or withdraw.

What to do: 1.Open the Referrals page from your profile and share your invite link with whoever you like. Your referral code is applied automatically when they join through it. 2.Your friend signs up, verifies their identity, and adds $20 or more to their account. 3.They activate their free virtual card and make two card payments of $5 or more, on separate days. They have 30 days from signup to complete their steps, and the app shows them exactly where they are. 4.Once their payments settle, $10 lands for each of you.

To be ready to earn, make sure your own identity is verified and you have added $20 or more yourself. You can follow every invite and reward from the Referrals page, and the full program terms are in the app.
